Led by Dr. Bisola Neil, an experienced educator and advocate for equitable learning experiences, BNS is dedicated to making a positive impact in classrooms and communities.

Meet Dr. Neil
Bisola Neil, the founder of B. Neil Solutions, is a progressive educator with a strong belief in the power of constructive education. With a background as a former NYCDOE math teacher and a current professor of educational leadership at Montclair State University, Bisola brings a wealth of expertise in policy and math education to her work. Holding a Ph.D. in urban education, specializing in policy and math education, she has a proven track record of success in improving teacher outcomes and raising algebra regents scores.
Bisola is a fierce advocate for public education and is determined to transform algebra from a gatekeeper course to a gateway to higher-level mathematics and STEM careers. She is committed to identifying and addressing equity gaps, ensuring that all learners have access to quality math education.
